At Pork Rinds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crunchy snacks; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags unless there is a documented quality issue.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unopened pork rind bags securely in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent crushing during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
